REI Toolkit does not collect, store, or share personal data. There is no account to create, no cloud sync, no analytics SDK, no advertising network, and no third-party tracking. Anything you type into the app stays on your device.
None of your inputs, deal numbers, saved deals, or usage patterns are transmitted off your device. We do not operate any server that receives data from this app.
Deleting the app removes all of the above from your device.
Your purchase is processed by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. GroundUp Technologies LLC does not receive your payment information. Apple may share aggregated, non-personally-identifiable purchase metrics with us through App Store Connect; we use these only to understand overall sales trends.
The calculators themselves do not make any network requests. The app does not embed any analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. Standard system services (such as Apple's StoreKit for purchases) communicate with Apple's own servers under Apple's privacy practices.
REI Toolkit is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone of any age. The app contains no content rated for children specifically — it is a tool for adult financial decision-making.
Because the app does not collect or transmit personal data, there is nothing on a server for us to access, modify, or delete in response to a data request. If you want to remove the data the app has stored locally, delete the app from your device. If you have questions about your data rights under any applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, or similar), contact us at fede@getgroundup.app.
If we change how the app handles data in any material way, we will update this policy and bump the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
