I bought it on one device. Can I use it on another?
Yes. Sign in to the same Apple ID on the other device, open REI Toolkit, go to Settings → Restore purchase. Apple's Family Sharing is also supported.
How do I get a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — we don't process refunds ourselves.
Where are my saved deals stored?
On this device only. There is no cloud, no account, and no sync. If you delete the app, your saved deals are deleted with it. If you want to preserve a deal, share it as an image and save it elsewhere.
Do the calculators work offline?
Yes. Every calculation runs locally. The app never makes a network request for its math.
How do you decide what formulas to use?
Standard real-estate finance — the same math your lender, CPA, or appraiser would use. Open Settings → How the math works in the app for the exact formula and assumptions behind each calculator.
